Before your appointment, you may receive a text message or email from Phreesia with instructions to complete check-in. You can complete registration on your phone before you arrive or in the office when you arrive. Completing check-in ahead of time helps your visit run on schedule.

Phreesia may be used to send appointment reminders, confirmations, check-in prompts, and other practice-related communications by text message or email. These messages may include links to complete registration tasks, confirm or reschedule appointments, or provide information related to your visit. Messages are sent using the contact information you provide.
