No Show Policy

Please be advised that there is a 24 hour cancellation/missed procedure appointment policy. If you are not able to make your scheduled procedure appointment, please call us ASAP so that we may offer your appointment time to someone else. Your consideration is greatly appreciated and will benefit everyone.

If a patient fails to show for an EMG procedure appointment and does not provide 24 hour notice prior to cancelling, you will be charged the rate of $50.00 for the missed procedure appointment. These charges will not be billed to the insurance carrier. The bill will be sent directly to the patient.

Please be advised that we also give our patients a 20 minute grace period past your appointment time due to certain circumstances beyond your control. A courtesy call is appreciated if this should occur.
